Whether you know it or not, you very likely have gender queer people working in your company. And, without a doubt, queer folks are in your potential client or customer base.
However, many open, well-intentioned business leaders don’t know where to start with this conversation or how to make their workplaces more open and psychologically safe.
Jay Pryor can help solve this problem in an authentic, factual and welcoming way. An executive coach and speaker, Jay’s journey includes living as a woman, a man, and now a non-binary person.
